24h Optional Refund Safeguard

We are excited to introduce the 24-Hour Optional Refund Safeguard, designed to enhance your MoveGPT participation experience. This policy has been carefully crafted to simplify our user journey and increase efficiency.

With this safeguard feature from MoveGPT, our community stands to benefit from a smoother IDO process. After the token listing of a project, there is a crucial 24-hour period during which community members can decide. With this timeframe, you have two options available:

• Option 1: Claim the TGE

During 24-hour listing, users can claim or not by clicking the refund button. By doing so, users will receive the TGE amount and claim the remaining token release in the Claiming portal according to the vesting schedule.

Manual refunds are still required for specific projects if users haven't transferred the claimed TGE tokens to another wallet or traded them. Users must return the token to our wallet and complete the form before the deadline. We'll then verify and process the refund accordingly.

• Option 2: Request a 100% Refund

To request a refund, click our website's "Refund" button within 24 hours of the listing time. (the refund will be processed within 72 hours).

If you miss the refund period, please be aware that you won't be able to request a refund anymore. Once claimed, tokens cannot be refunded.
